Shipping Policy 

Delivery Options and Rates

We currently offer two delivery options for all orders within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping – Free

Estimated delivery time: 8 to 15 business days.

No additional cost will be applied at checkout.

  • Express Shipping – £4.99

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.

This option can be selected at checkout for faster delivery.

 

Please note: Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details and a link to follow the progress of your delivery.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

At the moment, we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — such as customs checks, courier operational issues, or high seasonal demand.

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and help resolve any issues directly with the carrier.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to check the delivery status.

If you experience any delivery issues or your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at doblypet@gmail.com.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, refusal upon delivery, or failed delivery.
